Why?

I'm having way too many giggles with the "Eddie Munster" deal. It reminds me of looking at a picture of John Kerry during the 2004 election campaign and realizing he was the spittin' image of Herman Munster.

BTW, did you know Grandpa Munster (Al Lewis) was a Leftist? Not nearly as much of a Commie as Grandpa Walton (Will Geer) was, though.

I thought I'd come back and actually read the article instead of just leaving a snarky comment like I did, then found out you hadn't linked to it. It gave me pause, then I realized you probably didn't want to link to the NY Slimes.

What I find disturbing after reading it - even though I agree it's most likely a hoax - is that if it IS real, and there's a fox in the henhouse, then wouldn't they (being so alarmed at this administration) serve the public better by resigning and going public?

You posted while I was typing; I think they know exactly who wrote it, the duplicitous b*stards. It's probably some writer on the staff, and the brass knows it, approved it.   It's a dodge that they use to CYA, "sources within the administration who wish to remain anonymous..."
