I've been following this. UK police and fire depts. have been in stand-down mode. Someone is instigating these riots and law enforcement is complying. Problem-->reaction-->solution: look for UK troops in the streets and martial law to be imposed.

Whatever group is behind this is trying to start a race war. This is important to us because that same group is trying the same tactic in the US. "Flash mobs" are being organized via social networking sites and the violence/mayhem has no cause behind it except to steal from and beat those of another race. They are protesting nothing. Notice that very few of these flash mobbers are getting arrested (stand-down?). People will call for a clamp-down just like they are now in the UK and the govt will gladly comply. Internet controls will be put in place and military troops will patrol our streets.

What happens in the UK in coming weeks is what we can expect in the future. The UK is the testing ground and model for the totalitarian control grid they are creating.

You know at first I thought it was something like that but from the pics and vids it looks like hooligans of all races, the common denominator is male and young. They have very high unemployment and lots of drugs, alcohol, and matches. The problem is they are trying to control it but they can't w/o overwhelming force, if they start killing dozens of people then the rest of the un armed population will join in,   they can't afford that. Look at Mexico don't you think if the military could do martial law effectively they would? They can't, it is too many people just like here, 300+ to 1 and it is all volunteer military. Also we have millions of armed citizens ready to go, now more than ever. We are ready.

The mayor of Philly just said, "parents you are responsible for your kids." and they are doing a curfew! Finally.   Hopefully they'll soon figure out that Facebook Twitter cell phones internet aren't rights either.

Looks to me like looting out of control, I hate looters, just cowards, if your angry stand up and speak your mind, be heard, not running wild just to snatch a new watch or tv.

Take over and dictate to the working people and the well to do.

The hooligans may be of all races, but when perception matters, the MSM will not hesitate to crop out the faces that don't fit the narrative. E.g. the 2009 healthcare rally/protest in AZ, with the guy carrying the AR-15.

This is starting to make some more sense............the rioters are the result of socialism. The beneficiary class that is not happy.............free healthcare, housing, and income won't make you happy, no self satisfaction of accomplishing anything. Socialism/Liberalism ran its course in UK and is reaping its rewards. People need a reason to live and get a set of values that makes one productive and is rewarding. These people rioting want more but don't want to work for it they want it given to them, they are rebelling against the "rich" (you know people that work hard for what they have.) So get back to work.

Rick it may not be a race war but hooligans VS. the military. You're correct, the leftists are calling class warfare, and now the military may be called in. They probably will knock this down real quick....... they have plenty of experience in peace keeping......right?

Hooligans. There are other means of protesting that don't involve looting.

Looting and burning. Looting is bad but arson can kill. Barbaric to say the least.

The "vigilantes" are coming out to defend their neighborhoods and shops. The police can't be everywhere all the time. The hooligans are mugging people and stripping them.
