I saw that video, amazing they didn't get the hook and snatch him off the podium. The majority is as drunk with power as he appears ... surprised a one of them can take care of daily functions.

He IS WORSE, he IS a US Senator, one of a hundred, he and his ilk are in the midst of screwing up the future of all of us PERMANENTLY!!!!!, he is working for us, he lives off our backs.

He wasn't hung over, he was full in the bag at work on the Senate floor, and no one is responsible for my welfare or the welfare of my family other than myself.

That mentality that any of these elitist power trip POS's care about your or my welfare is plain naive, very naive.   The majority of these politicos are quite content to keep us thinking they give a ratz A$$, got some news for you, they DON'T.

They just gave themselves another pay increase...................at your expense. Did you see that on the news? Just wait till your taxes start cranking up next year and see if you think they care about the hard working tax paying citizens.

jarasan calm down please when i say millions of people get up and go to work every day half in the bag they are technically still drunk from the night before, these people come from every walk of life lawyers, doctors automotive mechanics/assemblers, builders, and every range of people that make or build products that could fail at any time while you me or anyone of a million different unsuspecting people are using those products.

No drunk should be allowed to work period but they do and they do it every day. From what i understand politicians are among the worst where drinking is concerned because they are offered drinks at most of the functions the attend from buffets to lunches and dinners. Council Dominic "Mimi" DiPietro once told me if he drank at every function he attended during the week he would need rehab in a months time. It was one of the reasons he had to have a driver because there was no way he could perform his job attend all the functions he did and refuse drinks because most people were offended if you didn't drink at there request . I am talking about many years ago when drinking was a normal thing to do.

Four4me I am as calm as a slack tide in the dead of summer on the Chesapeake bay, NOT!. I just expect a lot more from our dear leaders. And like you say 'many years ago' , but this is now and we are beyond being drunk at work especially in the hallowed halls of congreff.
