You can do this with the pick 3 and pick 4 both.
I have about 10 different options in my software to separate draw history. They call it sort display by in my versabet.
I have added 4 more to it but I needed to create separate games to do it as the option is not in the software,
You can use the deflate and the inspector here at lottery post if you desire to do so to search some stats.
What I have added is the following sort additions.
Doubles
no match including consecutive prs and wild match
no match wild match only
no match consecutive pair combos only
All the above will give independent stats just for that portion of the game. You will find unique stats just for that portion of the game.
Realy quite simple idea when you think about it.
You know what I found intriging was the no match pairs in the doubles only segment. The no match pairs will only have 2 numbers to fit that pair. Like the 24 will have the 224 and 244 combo only.
My doubles tracking going back to 1/1/09 has 145 doubles in it. see the 27 , 36 , 67 pairs not drawn.
those are the 6 doubles undrawn since 1/1/09 the 227,277, 336,366, 667,677

Heard Mike Savage talking about a current article written about this. Need to find it.
We can not let a crisis go to waste.
from the wikipedia article.
Extraordinary conditions may call for extraordinary remedies. But the argument necessarily stops short of an attempt to justify action which lies outside the sphere of constitutional authority. Extraordinary conditions do not create or enlarge constitutional power."[
How it will be paid for. I am not an economist or have taken economy 101 but it takes common sense to figure it out.
All employers who do not supply mandatory health insurance to their employees because of the cost factor will need to increase the cost of their product(s) or services to supply the mandatory health care. Employers who supply health care to the employee but not family members will be required to supply it or pay additonal wages to compensate the employee for the mandatory health care for their family members. Employees and the self employed who do not receive health care from their employer will need to receive more money in wages or self employed services to pay for the mandatory health care for themselves and their family members. That still would require the employer to raise their prices.
If the feds create higher taxation for those qualified for free national health care will cause the buisnesses to increase costs.
Now all the above is going to create inflation. So with the higher costs of products and services everyone will still need more money for their products or wages to compensate for inflation.
You all should get the drift on what I am getting at.
What you are going to end up with is one big vicious cycle until it balances out.
What is a snowsnake?
A snowsnake is the game piece that Native Americans used when they played a game in the winter snow. They slid or skidded the game piece thru the snow. Their carved snakes must have been a work of art in my opinion.

I am rooting for Martin and he better win the champioship this year. He is 12 points behind Johnson. If Marin does not win the championship I am not going to watch nascar any more. I hardly watch much now but it is getting down to the wire now.
Nascar has ruined good ole boy racing with all their snivelling little rules. Race what you brung and run flat out. Punch the other guy out when your mad. Good ole pit crew fight doesn't hurt once in awhile.
By the way Matt Shepard won the Rite Aid 200 at the Syracuse dirt mile today. Matt was and is a regular at my homtown track at Lebanon Valley speedway in west Lebanon N.Y. Thats east of albany by the way about 30 miles or so. I have not been to the valley in about 20 years. Matt was running hobby class when I was going there.

The system posted was something I looked at to look for str8s. I showed various method to track and analize what may come in a short length of time. Use what info you wish if you desire to track in this method. I posted thru out my blog on various methods to analize using software.
Get it to work with your lottery budget you have. Gambling is gambling you either win or lose. In todays economy every dollar is needed.
On lottery Post you have tools to analize draw history using search drawings, deflate 3 and inspector 3.
Good luck
I have my number groups picked out. Now I will work position 1 and 3 position for probability of what digit or digit may come. I loaded some position 3 tracking this am. Just a hundred draws.
Position 1 I am going with the 1 & 3
Position 3 I am going with the 1 & 2
So I have my group probability picked out. Any number can hit in the group when one of the groups hit. But to filter down I will use pos 1 & 3 probability as a filter. Last night I used pos 1 and that got lucky and fell on the draw.
Using positon 1 & 3 where they intersect in the group will be the filtered number. I could do it without the colors but I will make it a little dramatic.
Now we can play all those colored or choose the ones tha intersect
