Who is this man? political

You just may get that consumption tax after all. Maybe with no reduction in the federal tax rates. An extra 5% or so tax on your spending habits. Might just see that cap and trade one way or the other too.

Are people prepared?

I remember this episode from many years ago. Always made me think what others would resort to in desperation. It does not need to be a doomsday event for someone to react in this manner.

Found some interesting reading

Went to one of my usual sites for some news on their end. I read the second article below first. So I done a search out of curiosity to see if I could find out how long the U S has been dealing with this organization. Obviously for a long time.

Do you believe the news media

Viewing a recent discussion on WMD in Iraq I took a search on the subject to see for myself. Obviously we know there are probably 100s of articles disputing the fact of no WMDs found. Found is the word. Wether they were useable in their original condition is not the point. They were found according to the articles.

As far as I am concerned they were apparently found. I also think our forces in uniform know more about this matter than our news media does.

I pulled articles from supposed reputable news sites not from other sites.

Couple articles I enjoyed

I enjoyed these two posting. About women and voting. Why many women vote the way they do. You could say men too to support their gadaboutings.

Who will benefit by this [part two]

Yep look what I find in the news today about mortgages. Looks like the administration could be controlling the housing market now.

thought I seen an article a few days ago about the gov't going into the home rental buisness on these foreclosed homes. So what dept will he create there? Dept of housing rental. Tie it right in with the section 8 dept.

Does this news remind you of anything?

From what I read about the start of the great depression big time wall street investors were buying in on the market to prevent a serious decline.

With instant news today it does not take long for this type of news to spread. So what is he doing here beefing up the confidence in this bank with such a move.

who will benefit by this?

Obviously the homeowner will benefit from a lower rate once qualified.

Looking at the other side of the coin. They say millions will refinance under this plan. With new and existing mortgage financing in a slump cuts into income on banks and mortgage originators fees. With millions refinancing and the cost of refinancing a mortgage will create a big cash flow in refinancing fees.

What are the cost of refinancing? take 10 million refinancing x say 2 to $4,000.00 each adds up to what in the money pipeline. Would take quite some time to process that many refis. Steady cash flow HUH.

He has the power, BAAAAAAAAAAh

Need regulations to protect our immigrant goat herders now. Like farm and ranch owners have not been supplying adequate quarters for ranch hands in the past. Regulating buisness right out of existance. One of the comments in the article stated a herder gave up a profitable enterprize because of ever changing regulations.

Under the Obama Administration, the nanny state has imposed 75 new major regulations with annual costs of $38 billion.

Read the immigrant herd worker regulations. Do they need to follow all these regulations when hiring a U S citizen? I have no idea.

were they lucky with this quake around Virginia?

I did not check other states

I had to go look up dams in Virginia. I did not realize there are that many. Over 1500.

I have no idea on their size.

I am fired up tonight and my expectation level is high

Awaiting the recall election results on those two yellow dogs in Wisc.

Doubt very much if the republicans win tho. I understand one of the districts has a large yeller dawg population.

I would get so excited if the republicans won both seats. Green laugh

Polls will be closing shortly.

The Yeller Dawg is the oldest of the American Democrat Dog breed. Yeller Dawgs are vigorous, keen Democrats with hardy constitutions and absolutely no interest in any other party or viewpoints that sway from the traditional Democratic platform.

He wants to spread the wealth again

We could put $1,000.00 back into your pockets thru payroll tax legislation. Sounds like a you vote for me statement.

Then he is for taxes on the millionaires and billionaires.

What good is it going to do taxing the rich then. We take $1,000.00 by the amount of people working under payroll income adds up to what?

What will the President do with hecklers during his campaign?

My guess when he has a heckler in his audience they will be escorted directly out. Reason they will give. The heckler(s) could be a potential threat to his security. Being president that would be the option of his security force.

I see quite a few out of line hecklers jabbing at the candidates in Iowa. Ask your question and wait for an answer if the question deserves it.

They look more like plants to me. Rantin and ravin about their gripe.

Where are the jobs

Just like I said in a comment last night in trusees blog. The jobs are tied up in regulations that are set in place by the different agencies & depts in gov't. The president has the authority to set aside regulations that do not require a vote by congress. Most of these regulations were not voted on in congress but apparently the power was given to gov't agencies to regulate and set in place regulations.

Anyone ever hear of executive order.Bang Head Once signed by the president it is law.

I smell a skunk

The administration knew about the warning from s&p from what I heard long before the downgrade happened. The tea party and many republicans have been working since Jan to get budgets and deficits in line. And fighting this administration on their policies I might add.
Could it be possible this downgrade was allowed to happen to take out the tea party and some republicans? Get them out of the way of their agenda.
This article spells it all out what they are after.

Yep, he has that right [update; where some tax dollars go]

We have a big messy tough democracy all right. Might just stay that way too.

As we have seen since he was sworn in the attempts to take away the decision making from congress. Hacking away at it a little at a time.

This is awesome; lives saved

This thing cost like $500.00 to do on the private market. If the gov't put it out for bid to supply the troops with would probably cost the gov't $10,000 each.

Debt deal a done deal

Now that it is passed they are finding out whats in it. Reid back on the stump saying the super committee will recommend higher taxes and it will be passed wether they like it or not.

Politicians back to their normal gait with their agendas.

Monday, August 1, 2011

The debt deal

All our representatives in congress better take a hard look at this super committee to be created.

Something does not smell right. A 12 member committee to hash out this and that on legislation. Legislation should be hashed out on the floor of the senate and house.
