“Together, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Affordable Care Act and ongoing federal investments in the health care workforce have led to significant progress in training more new primary care providers — including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants — and encouraging primary care providers to practice in underserved areas,” the official said. “This administration is supporting innovations in medical school curriculum, faculty development and the training tools needed to recruit diverse and well-prepared students into primary care fields. Pay disparities are being addressed through the creation of new primary care payment incentives. Finally, federal investments are providing new and meaningful opportunities for Americans to join the health workforce in a variety of key roles, from home health aides to health information technology professionals.”

So what does the above in the article fall under in the health bill? Looks like titleV and sections.

So what does all this mean when the gov't gets in the staffing of medical care?

Title V in the health care law deals with a lot for availability to health care.
Sec. 5201. Federally supported student loan funds.
Sec. 5202. Nursing student loan program.
Sec. 5203. Health care workforce loan repayment programs.
Sec. 5204. Public health workforce recruitment and retention programs.
Sec. 5205. Allied health workforce recruitment and retention programs.
Sec. 5206. Grants for State and local programs.
Sec. 5207. Funding for National Health Service Corps.
Sec. 5208. Nurse-managed health clinics.
Sec. 5209. Elimination of cap on commissioned corps.
Sec. 5210. Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps.

Is doc shop a mystery, possibility not

Looks like they may be looking for the availabilty of doctors in an area. If a shortage they may just use doctors set in place by the gov't. Lets not forget section 5210 of the health care law. I do not see mention of this in the MSM news articles.

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0611/57824.html

An old article I pulled from my blog about sec 5210.

How about some HAARP tonight

I was looking up time holes in a search to see what I could find to make a time machine and came across the article in Norway time hole. So that detracted me from time travel for a little bit.

I will go back and keep searching for time travel. Sounds like an exciting adventure.

Do we want the feds in this banking game

I smell something along the lines of federal control. AKA slush fund, screw the other guy fund, under our thumb fund.

This idea has been out a couple years or so but it looks like they are pushing it yet. There was suppose to be money in the federal budget for start up cost this year but was not put in.

Check out whose buddy was a speaker at the event.

Sarahs resignation

Read this earlier today about Palins road to resignation and seen the lower article just now. Of course Sarah did not have a sex scandal but she was attacked about her pregnency and her daughters split with that Levi guy.

____________________________________________________________
Published July 12, 2009

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/13/us/politics/13palin.html?pagewanted=1&ref=sarahpalin

Pretty much says it why Sarah resigned. Under constant attack and almost broke from legal defense.
Too many personal distractions.
And there is only 1 governor per state. So in my opinion a governor needs to be focused on their job.

_______________________________________________________________
But we see a comment about a house member who they say can not function under distractions. There are over 300 house members to run the U.S. House. What about all the other house members that have had or have distractions and are still there.

After pouring thru all that

They have not come up with a headline article to rip Sarah on in the e-mails. With all the major problems going on they are frettin over Sarah Palin. Ohh, look over there Sarah back in her bus again. While we have a major news story on how the EPA is destroying the ability to generate power from coal.
This EPA thing on coal and billions to be paid by power companies to update coal fired generating plants should be headline news for weeks.
Ohhh, Ohhh Senator Obama said he was going to bankrupt the coal industry.
Ohhh, look over there Senator Obama said electric rates could go up.

Nothing to see with the Palin e-mails. Just move along.\
Ohhh look Pres Obama is going to have ANOTHER meeting with his economic team AGAIN next week.
Ohh look Pres Obam is end running cap and trade using the EPA
OHH look Palins riding around in her bus.

OHH look Senator Obama on coal

She hits the nail on this article

Put it in my blog here for safe keeping as I delete history occasionaly and forget where things were.

She sure has hit it right in her book that is out.

Excellent read in my book.

I was into reading the 10 pages allowed for preview and there must be heavy traffic on this article. I had the next page unavailable twice. Only got to page 6 but will finish later when traffic is slower.

Under the radar on US gun control

Letting the UN do the work on gun control. If they think congress is going to work on passing legislation on this they gonna have some rebuttal on it.

How is that liberal agenda working out for ya. This country is going to look more like Egypt, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen and all the other nations in revolt pretty soon.

The liberal agenda has divided this nation. How do you like it liberals? You must be proud of yourselves.

Compare federal subsidies per industry

Green energy eats up a lot of federal tax dollars too.

The following article should not be biased as it is put together by a gov't agency using facts. Put out by a state.

Waterboarding

I have to do more research to better understand what is spoken about in the article. New subject matter for me. Thought maybe others would be interested in this.

Looks like it increases the brain useage beyond 10% according to the article.
