Things not in the news.

Seems there are many stories missing from the national news.

Like the story here in Michigan about 7 people being quarantined for Ebola.

Made the front page of the papers , but mums the word.

They won't even tell us the cities or counties.

I wonder how many other States are keeping the Ebola secret?

I am not a Dr., But I play one at the Airport

They x-ray us, search our bags, have us remove shoes, now they are taking our temps.

New Flash, TSA agents are not Doctors, They are there to spot people who may commit( workplace violence), (insert sarcasm) you know the thing that the rest of us might call terrorism.

They can spot someone who may have a fever, big deal...They cannot spot a virus  in someone that is not showing symptoms yet.

Everyone must call for a travel ban, keep the sick people out of our country and close the borders.

Call everyone in your State, Congress, reps, Governor...get the message out that they can no longer play roulette with our Health.

It's appalling that our failed Government spent Billions on  Obamacare, Because they just care about our health.

Maybe you can see the hypocrisy, they care about our health, but are allowing people from Ebola ravaged countries into ours.

For months they put sick illegals on buses and shipped them all over our country.

We the people...

We must be heard and we must do it now.

A phone is all it takes!

ISIS Causes Global Warming

Now maybe the Government will stop them.

Friday, October 3, 2014

Let's get this straight

Our Government actively promoted to have people from South of our border to come here, under the ruse of some "Dream Act"

These people showed up sick, with many diseases, they were then quietly put on buses and shipped all over our country.

Now we have a D-68 virus that has so far killed 4 kids, with thousands, not hundreds sick. Some of these kids are so sick they are on ventilators.

There is deadly Ebola , it turns your organs to mush and you bleed through all your orifices.

Many countries are refusing to allow flights from West Africa into their airports.

Now we have it in Texas, one guy you say, well....one guy who was misdiagnosed and sent home for 4 more days.

A guy who has had contact with over 100 people.

We should never have allowed flights from there to here.

We also have a shortage of IV Fluids, the difference between living and dying.

So just one guy you say, Typhoid Mary was just one woman.

Our Hospitals are full of people with Chronic diseases , now a growing number of sick children now that school is back in session.

What happens if we have an Ebola break out where Hospitals are stressed?

Now the biggest Question, Why oh why ?, would our government risk our safety by not only bringing sick people here and sneaking them around, and Allowing flights from a country that has a deadly outbreak?

Who does that to their own people?

Keep in mind, many of these sick kids were sent to poor urban areas.

Boost your immune system

With all the germs going to and fro, now is the time to take steps.

First you need to boost your immune system, that means lots of fruits and veggies.

Orange and green foods.

Take your vitamins especially vitamin C

Non fat yogurt is awesome for your digestion tract, a a healthy gut can make the difference between sick and very sick.

Stop consuming foods that suppress your immune, such as drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, processed foods, fatty greasy foods.

Drink lots of water.

It's not enough to just wash your hands, keep your home clean.

Wipes all surfaces, doorknobs, phones, remotes, counters even your steering wheel with a disinfectant.

You can get a sprayer bottle add  an ounce of bleach and keep some paper towels on hand for quick easy clean ups.

Avoid public restrooms if you can.

Carry hand sanitizer with you.

Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth until you have scrubbed those hands.

Take your shoes off at the front door.

Good luck and stay healthy.
