Roasted Carrots
I love my veggies, here's a favorite recipe.
2 cups, sliced carrots, I slice them 1/4 inch slanted.
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk Oil, Honey and spices, put in carrots, toss to coat.
I use my air fryer, 15 minutes
Or if you use your oven, 375 for 15 to 20 minutes
or just cook to your preferred doneness.
You can also substitute carrots with Cauliflower or Sweet potatos.
Enjoy.

Thanks everybody, since I got diagnosed with the gall stone I have to eat low fat foods while taking bile salts, I cook many of my veggies in bacon, LOL Green beans, Brussel sprouts , Lima beans.
No more bacon for awhile, so I have to get creative.
Bacon, onions, ( vidalias if they are in season) and I top the Brussels with Balsamic vinegar. Yum.
In place of bacon I tried some smoked Turkey, was okay, still not bacon.
was that supposed to be Whiskey Oil ?? cause if it was, I can see that.....whisk just reminds me of a broom w/dustpan....Thanks
LOL Whisk together, oil honey and spices.
Yeah my brother ate tons of meat etc. He had to have his gall bladder removed this past summer.
