Eddy Munster Napolitano said on Fox Business he doesn't have standing, BS on that. Napolitano has no cred for legal advice, something be wrong with that man.

No standing? He was defamed by the WaPo and countless other media outlets...and I hope he sues them, too. Twitter and Facebook should be sued as accomplices to "inciting to violence". He should also sue Chief Fulla Bull while he's at it.

Eddy said the kid has no established reputation..............but he has no possibility for any FUTURE reputation, and he was put in danger bigly. Eddy is f'd up.

Thanks Jarasan. Think it depends on the state laws and apparently Kentucky does have laws which form the legal basis for the filing. They filed in Kentucky so have some popcorn because it will probably be dragged out through appeals. Unsure why Napolitano did a flip flop in Pres Trump but he lost my respect for doing that. Or maybe that's the way he felt all along. Who knows, who really cares?

One thing I've noticed lately is that schemes and plots are backfiring, like Karma is driving a mining truck with a full tank of fuel. Nice to see for a change.

His lawyer Lin Wood, is the same lawyer that represented Richard Jewell who was falsely accused of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bombing. He is going to win big. Good for him.
