REPORT: Obama Officials Hand-Delivered List Of Russian Investigation Docs to Senate Before Inauguration
"Obama administration officials created a list of intelligence documents relating to Russian interference in the 2016 election, and passed that information to prominent lawmakers before Trump was sworn in, reports NBC News.
The documents were assembled, categorized, and serialized in January and sent to the Senate Intelligence Committee ahead of the incoming Trump administration, says one former Obama official.
The serial numbers relating to the documents are not classified, even though the reports themselves are. The purpose, according to an insider, was to make the information ‘harder to bury’ and ‘to share it with those on the Hill who could lawfully see the documents’.
The revelation is further evidence of a highly organized effort on the part of the previous administration to spread classified information. ...."

There would be no way he could have pulled the trigger himself a second time. Unfortunately, while Canada's relaxed travel requirements were applauded as an enlightened, progressive alternative to Trump's xenophobic, racist approach to immigration, under the surface, Canada's policies still function much like Trump's proposals. As Mexican immigrants are suddenly finding out, while Canada is happy to host 'tourists' from our Southern neighbor, getting a work visa can be nearly impossible and Mexicans with a criminal record are not welcome.
All of which has resulted in a record number of Mexicans being detained by Canadian border officials in the opening months of 2017. Per Reuters: ...."

The Central Intelligence Agency now can mimic foreign intelligence agencies’ hack attacks by leaving electronic “fingerprints” creating the false impression of a foreign intrusion into computer networks, according to claims accompanying a new WikiLeaks document dump.
In other words, there may not be hard evidence that CIA operatives, say, used cyberspace to create a modern-day Reichstag fire to undermine the Trump administration, but it may be the case that the CIA has the technological capabilities to do such a thing, if it were so inclined. This assertion that the CIA can hack computer networks and leave behind convincing evidence that somebody else did it, comes with the release by WikiLeaks of a huge collection of documents – 8,761 items in all – collectively dubbed the “Vault 7” leaks that purport to describe espionage techniques used by the CIA. The Vault 7 collection is said to have come from a former U.S. government hacker or contractor associated with “an isolated, high-security network” within the CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence in Langley, Va. The files made public don’t include the actual cyber weapons themselves which WikiLeaks says it will not release for the time being.
This documentary agglomeration covers “the entire hacking capacity of the CIA,” Julian Assange’s WikiLeaks claimed in a press release, and it is only the first in a series of what he calls the “Year Zero” leaks.
The Year Zero label has a decidedly sinister quality to it and may offer clues into what WikiLeaks hopes to accomplish with these new leaks, apparently the most significant and damaging to the U.S. intelligence community since former NSA contractor Edward Snowden handed over thousands of classified U.S. documents to journalists in 2013.
Year Zero was used by the bloodthirsty Khmer Rouge when it seized power in Cambodia in 1975. The term is analogous to Year One of the French Revolutionary calendar, which implied a violent break with the old system and the merciless leveling of existing institutions.

Democrats are master projectionists. They are currently making up false stories about the Trump Administration participating in illegal activities with the Russians. The Democrats are blaming their loss in the election on the false narrative that the Russians stole the election for Trump.
This is all ‘Fake News’ and there could be nothing further from the truth than to blame the Democrats massive losses in the November elections on the Russians. The Democrat losses in the 8 years under the Obama Administration are the worst of any President and any major party since World War II. Rather than look at their own corruption that led to their losses the Democrats and their media are blaming Russia and the Trump Administration.
The Democrats are the party participating in illegal activities involving the Russians but they want to paint the Trump Administration as doing just that.
During the election, the Liberal Democrat Fake News remained silent but the Clinton Campaign engaged in unethical if not illegal actions with the Russians. WikiLeaks released emails showing Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta owned 75,000 shares of a Putin connected energy company. To cover this up, Podesta then passed the shares on to his daughter.
The Clinton campaign knowingly accepted foreign money as noted in emails released surrounding her campaign. In addition, the Clinton Foundation was involved in more than 500 instances of conflicts of interest as reported by Clinton employee Doug Band. The Foundation was used by the Clintons as a ‘pay for play’ operation where bribes to the Clintons or the Foundation are reimbursed in the form of political favors.
The ultraliberal New York Times reported in April 2015 that the Clintons received millions of dollars from the Chairman of the firm Uranium One which were not disclosed publicly and in return the firm received uranium deposits in the US. At the same time the Russians were buying the majority stake in Uranium One. Ultimately the Clintons made millions and the Russians took over a large portion of the world’s global uranium supply chain. This transaction was just one of many that the Clintons took part in to amass their $250 million net worth over the past 16 years. ......."

The Perjury Allegation against Jeff Sessions Is Meritless
"On the overwrought, partisan allegations that Attorney General Jeff Sessions committed perjury in his confirmation-hearing testimony, let’s cut to the chase: There is a good deal of political hay to be made because Sessions made a statement that was inaccurate — or at least incomplete — especially when mined out of its context. But the claim that his testimony was perjurious as a matter of law is wholly without merit.
Perjury is not inaccuracy. It must be willfully false testimony. Willfulness is the criminal law’s most demanding mens rea (state of mind) requirement. Prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the speaker knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally — not by accident, misunderstanding, or confusion — said something that was untrue, with a specific purpose to disobey or disregard the law. Therefore, when there is an allegation of perjury, the alleged false statements must be considered in context. Any ambiguity is construed in favor of innocence. If there is potential misunderstanding, the lack of clarity is deemed the fault of the questioner, not the accused. ....."

But if we consider this matter not as a political dispute but a potential perjury prosecution, then the burden was on Franken, not Sessions, to be clearer. The burden is on the questioner to remove all doubt or ambiguity by asking exacting follow-up questions. ...."
