Government is not as strong as they think they are when they enrage a large portion of the population.

Thanks JAP. There has been minor rioting in Paris for a couple of years by some of the migrants apparently not having the red carpet rolled out for them. However recent riots by French citizens are very telling. I've seen some articles where it seems to be spreading to other nations.
