Prosecutor Rachel Mitchell ‘Would Not Charge Kavanaugh or Even Pursue a Search Warrant’

"....... Mitchell, who took a leave of absence from Maricopa County’s Deputy County Attorney and division chief the County Attorney’s Office’s Special Victims Division to join the Senate Judiciary Committee’s team of attorneys for the hearing, “broke down her analysis” of both testimonies to GOP lawmakers. In a nearly 30-minute presentation, Mitchell went over the “facts that were established and not established” and concluded that not only would she not charge Kavanaugh based on the record of evidence from both parties, but would not even pursue a search warrant for the judge, which in virtually all cases would require the standard of probable cause to be met, Politico reported.

Brooke Singman of Fox News quoted one source as saying “Mitchell was very clear with senators that based on evidence presented, she couldn’t bring the case ‘anywhere near a court room.'”

The Liberals could not care less what the facts are. This is a stalling act to keep President Trump from naming a second Justice hoping like he$$ they can reclaim the Senate. I am hoping like he$$ they don't. I guarantee this, after the FBI investigations are finished and the results announced, they will come up with more accusations.

The information Prosecutor Mitchell came up with is what I pay attention to, facts not emotion.

You bet they will CarBob and for these morons to do ANOTHER FBI investigation is asinine. It will prove nothing. And Flake pulled a big one.
Mitchell's statement pretty much said it all, why isnt anybody paying attention to her? Oh wait, she was picked by the Republicans. This is such a travesty,

Thanks Lejardin. I was on the fence about the additional FBI investigation, however feel it will show the public that this administration is being open about all matters. If nothing is found it will provide investigative closure to the matter which can be used to rebut or negate any future suspicions raised. Even though it extends things for another week having that investigation may provide the best long term outcome for everyone. And to that I find the circus Democrats presented to be reprehensible and personally damaging to two persons and their families.

Yep, same ol' playbook and you'd think the Republicans would know their plays by now. The Dems have the refs in their pockets and they keep throwing undeserved flags on every plus yardage play the Repubs DO run. The field is muddy, but the Republicans don't want to get their uniforms dirty.

No one even says a thing about the scorekeeper keeping the clock running after the whistle was blown, trying to protect the left's lead...nor did anyway seem to notice the game started out 21-0 in favor of the Dems.

It's time to do some crack back blocks, ruin a few knees in the process, do some eye-gouging in the pileup, step on a few hands when getting up from a play. Level that playing field!
