Thanks CARBOB. My feeling is they likely have been here all along except they can phase in & out of dimensions we're a part of but can't yet see what's in them. I also feel governments have been working with them, and those groups are also white and black hats just like we're being witness to currently.
I was station @Malmstrom 1968-1972 and never witness anything that panel witness. The only incident I witness was @Oscar 9. My crew was on the site and around 0200hrs. I received a call from Oscar control The commander asked, if I seen anything strange? I replied, define strange. He asked if I saw anything flying around. I told him no. He asked me to leave the site and wait by the access gate, he was going to do a security reset. I did
as he wish and in about 15 minutes, he called back and told me, it was clear for me to re-enter. I told him I was coming to the launch Control Facility and would speak with him then. When I contacted him after arriving at the LCF, he told me the missile had gone into launch mode and was not responding to shutdown. After the missile shut down, he took it off line and reported to wing security. The next day a missile maintenance team came and remove the missile.
