However, this isn’t the whole story. Republicans predict the Bidens actually received more than $50 million.

The payments went to nine family members, including even two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

The White House has insisted that Joe Biden never received payments, but it is still bribery to carry out political favors in exchange for payments to family.

Moreover, Hunter’s own text messages and emails confirm that Joe received half of Hunter’s multi-million dollar salary. Hunter also admitted to paying all of Joe’s bills for roughly a decade.

Republican Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina said, “Based on the evidence I’ve seen so far, I think the number is going to be north of $50 million that we’re talking about here.”

“This will go down as one of the most politically corrupt presidents and families in U.S. history,” Mace added.

“And we’ve got to show and prove it to the American people. We’ve got to show them everything that we have.”

Bank records show Hunter received millions in unexplained wire transfers from foreign nationals and failed to pay taxes. Due to delays in the case, some tax years are passed the statute of limitations for charges to be filed.

IRS Director of Field Operations Michael Batdorf told Congress that he felt “frustrated” by the refusal of the Justice Department to approve tax charges.

Garland has falsely claimed publicly that Weiss was given full control and authority to file charges. In reality, Weiss told IRS agents that his hands were being tied in the case.

Joe Biden’s defenders have been on a wild ride this past year.

It began with them arguing that the president knew absolutely nothing about his family’s influence-peddling business to arguing that it’s no big deal that ChiCom wire payoffs happen to have Biden’s home address listed on them.

The quality of the excuses, unsurprisingly, has been deteriorating rapidly.

They largely entail repeating the words “no” and “evidence” in a perpetual loop.

But this week, when James Comer released financial records of Hunter Biden receiving two wire transfers totaling $260,000 in 2019 from Beijing with the president’s Delaware home listed as the beneficiary address, the White House jumped into action.

“Imagine them arguing that, if someone stayed at their parents’ house during the pandemic, listed it as their permanent address for work, and got a paycheck, the parents somehow also worked for the employer,” wrote White House spokesman Ian Sams.

According to Hunter’s memoir, he was living in Los Angeles with his new wife at the time.

Of course, even if the pandemic had been raging by summer 2019, Hunter Biden wasn’t a college student visiting home; he was a 49-year-old who had the wherewithal to craft numerous international million-dollar deals — not to mention allegedly evade taxes, buy firearms illegally and score crack and prostitutes.

Why would Hunter need to stay at Daddy’s house?

Why do they keep talking about this grown man as if he’s a toddler?

For God’s sake, this is an accomplished artist whose work goes for upwards of a million dollars.

And it wasn’t a “paycheck,” but a wire transfer from a ChiCom investment firm that his father repeatedly lied about to the American people.

In an October 2019 presidential debate, Joe Biden incredulously claimed that Hunter never benefited from Chinese interests — “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China.”

It was weird, even then, that Biden could make such an assertion with confidence, considering that not long before he had claimed to “never” have spoken to Hunter about his “overseas business dealings.”

Perhaps one day the president will be asked by the political media why he made this claim, and whether he knew his address was being used on Biden Inc. paperwork at the time.

And while they’re at it, they could ask him whether he was at his Wilmington house in 2017 when his son threatened his Chinese partner, Henry Zhao, with the words, “I am sitting here with my father.”

Let’s also remember that not only did Joe Biden fly his son to Beijing aboard Air Force Two during an official visit in 2013 to meet with potential investors, but the vice president met Jonathan Li, whose name is on the 2019 wire transfer, for coffee.

The two would talk again on the phone — probably just some “casual conversations” or “niceties about the weather.”

Joe was even kind enough to write college recommendation letters for Li’s son and daughter.

It’s a really weird coincidence that the same guy happens to have Joe Biden’s address on a wire transfer.

A cynic might start to piece together these stories and come to the conclusion that there’s actually plenty of evidence the president had created the “illusion” of access to the White House on his son’s behalf — at the very least, enriching his entire family.

New documents from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley released by the House Ways and Means Committee Wednesday spell more trouble for the Bidens, and maybe for Hunter Biden’s “sugar brother” Kevin Morris, who paid the First Son’s $2.8 million tax bill and funded his lifestyle in Malibu. 

Here are the top five revelations contained in the committee’s 1,600-word report and 31 new exhibits tabled by IRS criminal investigators Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who allege DOJ obstruction of their five-year investigation of Hunter in Delaware:

1. Uncle Jim Biden told the FBI and IRS in an interview last September that he and his nephew Hunter tried to help Chinese firm CEFC buy a US liquid natural gas facility in Louisiana — and that they did so in the knowledge that the company was directly linked to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Hunter told his uncle that CEFC chairman Ye Jianming “was a protégé of President Xi,” the FBI report says. But investigators were instructed not to ask Jim Biden if his brother, then-former Vice President Joe Biden, was involved in the ultimately unsuccessful CEFC deal or to follow “normal investigative leads,” says the committee.
2. IRS public affairs officer Justin Cole emailed the chief and deputy chief of IRS criminal investigations a report of conversations between a CNN producer and Hunter Biden, in which Hunter said that he was “not willing to accept” a plea deal and that he “expected all of this ‘stuff’ would go away when his dad becomes president.”
3. The FBI was investigating Morris for campaign finance violations. “These violations pertain to a wealthy Hollywood lawyer, Kevin Morris, who was enlisted to help the family, and who paid millions of dollars to help Hunter around the time that Joe Biden becomes president,” says the committee. But Leslie Wolf, Delaware Assistant U.S. Attorney, told investigators that she was not “personally interested” in the Morris investigation and that “she did not want any of the agents to look into the allegation.”
4. Wolf refused multiple requests by Pittsburgh US Attorney Scott Brady to brief Delaware investigators about an FBI FD-1023 report alleging that Joe Biden was paid a $5 million bribe by an executive of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, as was his son Hunter. The allegation came from a trusted FBI confidential human source during a June 2020 interview. But Wolf “had already concluded no information from that office could be credible, stating her belief that it all came from Rudy Giuliani,” Shapley said, even though the FBI report had nothing to do with Giuliani. On October 22, 2020, the Justice Department ordered the Delaware US Attorney’s office to take the Pittsburg briefing, but Shapley said his investigators never saw the FD-1023, nor were told what it contained, despite the fact it was directly relevant to their case.
5. Wolf instructed investigators seeking a search warrant of a Biden property to “erase” any mention of “Political Figure 1” — who was Joe Biden.

The investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents has expanded with federal prosecutors and FBI agents delving into records from the early days of the Obama administration and Biden’s Senate tenure.

This is much wider than previously believed. Some of the classified email chains date back to 2010.

Additional classified documents were also uncovered at Biden’s private residence in Delaware.

Biden and Secretary of State Blinken expressed “surprise” upon learning about the presence of classified documents in the president’s private possession.

Classified documents were even found in the garage of President Biden.

In photos of Biden standing next to his Corvette Stingray in Wilmington, DE, the unsecured classified documents were secretly stashed nearby.

ABC news reports, “The federal probe into Pres. Biden’s handling of classified documents prior to becoming president has grown into a sprawling investigation, sources say.”

“Several sources estimated that as many as 100 witnesses have already been interviewed, with interviews conducted as recently as last week.”

The left-wing outlet CNN published a “fact check” about the impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden.

The “fact-check” exposed Biden and ultimately humiliated CNN, which clearly intended to defend the president.

CNN fact-checked six allegations from Kevin McCarthy and found some of them true, while claimed others were “lacking context.”

McCarthy responded, “I appreciate CNN actually acknowledged that. They had to acknowledge that every alleged accusation that put us into impeachment inquiry is true.”

“What was interesting was the headline, but more interesting was the fact checks. It was all true,” he added.

Claim 1: Biden family members and associates received $20 million through a complex web of shell companies.

Claim 2: An informant alleged Joe and Hunter Biden received bribes.

Claim 3: Joe Biden participated in calls and dinners with his son’s business partners.

Claim 5: Then-Vice President Joe Biden “used his powers to help his son’s business.”

Claim 6: Joe Biden lied about his knowledge of family’s business deals.

Again, CNN was unable to prove any of these claims were false, but merely added additional context to some of them.

President Joe Biden set an ignominious new record for failure in August, as 304,162 migrants arrived in the United States by irregular means. That vast number excludes thousands more whom the administration doesn’t know about because they snuck in undetected.

It is now pretty much guaranteed that 2023 will blow away all annual records for improper, unwanted, and uncontrolled immigration. And worse is to come.

BIDEN ADMINISTRATION CHARGED WITH NEW 'SUE AND SETTLE' END-AROUND OF CONGRESS

The Biden administration divides the flood into different streams — 20,000 from the North, 50,000 paroled to fly in, and 52,000 released into the country despite having no documents — so it can quibble over the word “illegal.” But this is a distraction that blurs an otherwise clear picture of abject federal failure. The headline number is what must command attention, for it is the true measure of illegal/irregular/improper immigration — call it what you will — an inundation taking place without the consent, and against the objections, of America’s citizens.

Absent a policy switch from laxity to enforcement, the migrant tide will rise higher because America’s attractions are permanent, and the big world is filled with people who have the means to travel here and enjoy what the internet shows them is a better life. Few are real refugees who need asylum from persecution. Most are just people who want to settle where it’s easier to build a successful life and who know nothing is stopping them.

Some of the places they’re leaving are merely poorer, others increasingly are failed states where law and order have broken down, and still, others are the “s***holes” our last president undiplomatically said they were. But whatever their variations, they are alike in offering less freedom and opportunity than we do.

No one can blame migrants for wanting to be here. But everyone should blame the Biden administration for letting them in. Biden is, amazingly, still beckoning them to come. He did it explicitly in 2020 when he was running for president. Now that Americans are cross about it, he does it implicitly, for example, with supposedly temporary work permits that, in practice, are permanent.

The U.S. illegal immigration problem is orders of magnitude worse than that of anywhere else in the world. Germany, which is next in line among developed nations, had 322,000 asylum-seekers in 2022 — hardly more in a full year than America suffers in a month. But we should not ignore other nations’ problems because to do so would fail to understand the global nature and scale of the phenomenon we must deal with. Germany, Italy, Britain, and other nations of the rich world are under siege at a time when governments are dithering in the face of international order and norms breaking down.

There are now hundreds of millions, even billions, of people who have the means and desire to migrate toward wealth. It is crucial to realize that the reservoir of migrants will never run out — never. It is no longer a matter of getting past the malign consequences of some random disaster, revolution, or war somewhere else in the world and then being able to settle back to normal. Open spigots of irregular migration are the new normal.

The immense pressure this puts on governments in wealthy nations has started to tell. The pips have begun to squeak. Officials who once responded airily to mass illegal migration by setting up “sanctuary cities” or by sending other racial virtue signals now emit sounds not of smug superiority but of lament and fear.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams suddenly realizes that the crisis will, if left unchecked, “destroy” the city he governs. If the biggest city in America can be destroyed by the migrant flood, despite being one of the farthest from the Mexican border, so can all other cities across the country.

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that Joe Biden is in over his head.

The US immigration system has been fundamentally broken under Joe Biden as the country experiences a historic and unprecedented crisis.

Under Trump, Americans saw the lowest rate of illegal immigration in over 40 years.

Under Biden, we have seen the highest rate of illegal immigration over 60 years.

Biden notoriously ended Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy, which forced foreign nationals seeking to enter the U.S. through the southern border — illegally or without proper documentation — to be returned to Mexico.

These individuals needed to wait in Mexico while their legal cases are adjudicated. This border security program under Trump and kept migrants in Mexico as they awaited their hearings.

Biden, on the other hand, opened the floodgates and created a disaster by removing this policy. This signaled that everyone can come through the border even if it’s illegally and without proper documentation.

Biden and the Democrats have falsely claimed President Trump was “racist” and “xenophobic” for his “remain in Mexico” policy.

Biden, on the other hand, allows migrant asylum seekers into the U.S. prior to court hearings, which many Republicans have opposed. The Democrat’s strategy of allowing migrants into the U.S. gives them the opportunity to disappear before their court hearings.

As a result, the White House confirmed that some illegal immigrants have received free cell phones so that they can be contacted and “checked on” in hopes that they don’t disappear within the U.S. before their court hearing.

Although Biden claims that has has “done more to secure the border than anybody else,” the direct opposite is true. Biden has made the problem worse than anyone else in US history.

Multiple witnesses have confirmed that the FBI secretly tipped off Joe Biden about the criminal investigation into his son Hunter.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley initially testified that the FBI colluded with the Biden family behind closed doors.

In a 65-page transcript of the testimony, the ex-agent backed up allegations made by Shapley because Biden’s transition team was tipped off about the FBI’s intent to interview Hunter.

Joe Biden is facing articles of impeachment, which allege four high crimes and misdemeanors involving his complicit involvement in his son Hunter’s illegal overseas business deals.

Among Biden’s alleged crimes is that he obstructed justice by interfering with the IRS investigation into his family and his son Hunter’s refusal to pay taxes.

“According to testimony from IRS whistleblowers, members of the Biden campaign improperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden,” the impeachment filing reads. “I was refreshed by the testimony of supervisor No. 2, and I believe he’s correct. I believe I – you know, and now getting into the frame of mind, I know I was upset when I learned about it,” the agent told lawmakers.

At the time of the recent impeachment filing, Republican Rep. Greg Steube of Florida says it’s time to take action. “It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden,” Steube said. “He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens.”

Between 2009 and 2017, then-Vice President Biden received “payments and business opportunities from foreign and domestic business partners” through business relationships with his son, Hunter, and his brother, James. House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky, says bank receipts show the family received over $20 million.

“The American people deserve answers,” Steube said. “My legislation demands information on the closed investigation into the cocaine found at the White House in July and focuses on how Congress can provide oversight to prevent future illicit usage of controlled substances in the White House.”
