Uh-Yeah...

They're called lucid dreams. I have them all the time. Did you go through a strong vibration before entering the realm?

I ask this because an authentic lucid dream, for most people require the vibrations first. I can't stay too long because it's so overwhelming, the vibration that is. There were a few times when I overcame the vibes, and it was so cool, I didn't want to break out of it.

The best situation for me is when I wake up around 3 or 4 in the morning, and stay up until about 6 or 7, and then go back to sleep. I then slowly enter this borderline area, where I can catch myself falling asleep and focus on the pictures I see, and with many years of practice I'm now able to pop into it by rolling over in my bed, but not physically. I then either shoot straight down through my bed, down into the floor at amazing speeds into a black void. At that point, i can imagine anything I want to an it materializes, just like you said, it's like opening your eyes inside of a dream.

My friends think I'm nuts, but I tell them that if they could feel and see what I go through, they wouldn't laugh. The best part is that you can feel any acceleration, just like a roller coaster ride, that feeling in your stomach like a free fall and the such.

Out of many dozens that I've had, some were good and some were very evil. But the best out of all of them was a combination of the two. Just the right spice if you will...LOL

I entered the realm, and immediately jumped of a six story building. It was at night. I swooped down to baout the 4th floor when I was suddenly flying backwards between the buildings on a side road going about 2 or 3 hundred miles an hour. Below on the street was a guy in a motorcycle speeding towards my direction...very cool, but i sped up even faster. Then I went back to the building and came up through the fifth floor to the top of the roof of the building where there was a pool party, with lots of people. I just sat at the edge of the pool dripping wet, and while looking around at the guests, i noticed what seemed like the host of the party dressed in a long black gown, and look like the chick wfrom jefferson airplane with the big hair and whit stripes going through it. Grace slick. As she was talking to her friend, she glanced over to me and menataly told me that I don't just give the numbers out to anyone. That's when I fraked out because she was looking at me while still talking to her friend. I flew off the building and it en. ended.
Many more like that.

No, when I first started getting them long ago as a child, I noticed that my whole head felt numb. Like when your arm falls asleep. However, now that does not happen quite so much. This last one I hardly noticed it at all. But, WOW! They are more and more life like. Also, I can tell when I'm there and not here. I can even think normally just like I do now; reason, question and make decisions. That is getting more easy, too. It's as if this world becomes the dream and the other world becomes reality.
