When people lose their jobs because their employer was shut down by the gov't during a pandemic, and told they can get unemployment benefits...  And then the job opens back up 6 months, a year later, and every one of the workers at the company goes back to the same job, doing the same thing, new jobs were not created. Because new people were not hired, it was the same people.
Now what Biden, the dems, and the fake news did was convince you that millions of new jobs were created.
How did they do that? They made you think that when the people lost their jobs, they were laid off and because they were eligible for unemployment their jobs were now available to anyone else which is not what happened. The people were not laid off they were furloughed. The difference makes the difference.

A furlough is a temporary, unpaid leave or reduction in work hours where you keep your job, while a layoff is a permanent separation from employment due to business needs.

These people were not separated, they were furloughed as they were expected to come back when their jobs opened back up. Which they did.
The people that did not go back to their old jobs, those were existing jobs that were filled by someone else. Not new jobs. New jobs are jobs that never existed before. For example, a company buys some land and builds a plant or factory that was never there before. Then they hire people. Those people that get hired at the new plant or factory, those are newly created jobs.
