Some of these people were pinned , you admit to this, pay a big fine, do some time, or we will conjure up all kinds of charges.  One girl was going to be charges with stealing Government property for simply touching a table. And of course the Liz and Adam slop chop committee , destroyed evidence.
Some of those guys who fought with cops could have stayed a little longer, and I think they would have until Biden made all those last minute pardons, some of those j6ers were housed at GITMO.

The thing with these pardons, States can still bring charges, they are not pardoned from Treason, you need Senate approval first, they can still be charged as enemy combatants and they no longer have the 5th Amendment protection.

I saw Brandon Straka's interview on Greg Kelly the other n`ight.  He was outside the entire time on J6, took 8 minutes of video, never went in the building. Two weeks later, the FBI raided his home and took him in. Everyone lied at his trail, accused him of all sorts of things which he never did, and charged him with felonys. Forced him to plead guilty to made up misdemeanors, and put him in the DC jail. Said everyone pleaded guilty to the mis D's to avoid serious time because prosecutors were getting a 100% conviction rate and everyone knew they had no chance of being found innocent/not guilty. He eventally got out, but they said if you say anything about anything, we'll give you a federal terrorism charge and lock you up for 20 years. He also said 5 people committed suicide over what the gov't was going to do to them with decades long sentences.

One more thing about the pardons Biden gave out. Those pardoned can still be called to testify before Congress and cannot plead the 5th due to the pardon. If they lie, they're looking at perjury charges.
