If Biden gets removed via the 25th A that means he is mentally incompetent and therefore cannot stand trial on any charges that may be brought against him. Best case scenario is he voluntarily steps down on his own, then the 25th doesn't apply and he can be charged.
But he will not want to leave before Hunter's sentencing hearing so he can pardon him if need be.

* Right, remove a President that is not a convicted felon or a rapist by NY definition, and install the guy that has those charges on hos resume- that's rich. That stain cannot be washed away. Win or lose- he goes to his grave as a disgraced ex President & a con man.

*The Republicans can't even find where Joe ran a red light, but one could look in any direction & find criminal behavior from the fat one.

* There is no " Biden removed." He has the delegates- either way, if Trump loses, he is going to run to the courts to place him in the WH, that would make him a crippled President,  whether you want to believe it or not.

How long did cnn keep telling you Biden is sharp as a tack mentally, he's on top of his game, he does this, he does that?  Then 2 minutes after the debate they were all saying, there's something wrong with him and he needs to step down. Well no kidding!! We knew that 3 years ago. They just refused to talk about it, now all of a sudden they are all over it. Why the change?  Some of us know.
