I watched Biden's speech on the border. His solution to the problem is not to close the border, but to hire more people to speed up the processing of the illegals. His reasoning is that right now illegals pay the cartels $6-8k to get here and are then in the US 6-8 years before they get a hearing. He thinks that if they speed up the processing and the illegals know they might get vetted and sent back within 6 months, they won't want to pay the cartels all that money to come here if they can't stay long, and that will reduce the number coming into the country.
But that doesn't stop the ones that are sneaking across and not getting caught or turning themselves into the BP. And it's still too many. Just close the border and let them wait in Mexico. It worked fine before.

You can�t corral people like animals & not expect them to break out sooner rather than later, but that was never a permanent solution & your guy knows it.

* 3rd: He would have been out of office by the time those folks made a break for it & then he would crow about � it never happened on my watch� kinda thing. He did the same thing in Afghanistan, made a deal with the taliban by releasing 5,000 terrorists into that country & did criticized the pullout.

* 4th: Folks have been crossing into the US for decades, building a wall was a bandaid- at least we have an adult in the WH who�s doing the humane thing of vetting people who have a � right� to claim asylum. They can also be sent back if their claim is found to be bogus.

* Do l want legal immigration, you bet your ass l do, but simply loading folks who cross the border into planes & fly them out is not a solution.

* Hey sane guys: Don't fall for these polls that show the Orange one leading Joe, for one, we months away from the election. Two: If the polls showed Joe constantly in the lead, voters would become disenchanted. Remember,  this is a race & 45 lost by 7 million votes.
