The clean water issue has been going on back and forth since the Eisenhower administration.
I can remember back in the 50s going down to the lower Mohawk river and see raw sewage floating down the river from Schenectady and from further upstream towns. Disgusting to no end. Then there was the GE plant in the upper Hudson dumping mercury in the Hudson. The Hudson closed to recreational activity from Hudson Falls down to Stillwater. 
I am for clean water but lets get the issue of responsibility resolved.

* How many disasters did your Supreme leader show up for? He loved & still loves showing up to his wall which " allows" migrants to enter through. That's not a wall, that's a sieve. One disaster he showed up for, in order to get a photo op- was throwing toilet paper at Hurricane survivors.  Then he suggested " Selling Puerto Rico " off to the highest bidder.

I think it is time for each State to declare themselves an independent nation.

Federal programs have one priority, CONTROL. Because the Feds know they can not go beyond their Constitutional authority.

* Remove all federal monies from the States & only a handful will be self reliant. CA has the 4th highest GDP in the world, so she survives- as for the others, not so much. That's a real fact.
