There's a difference between Joe and Trump. Trump as a former pres he is allowed to have classified docs. That is the law. Biden as a VP and as a citizen is not allowed to have them. That is also the law. He knew he wasn't supposed to have them so he stole them instead. The question is why?  Now he says he doesn't remember. BS.  And now they're not even going to charge him? This sounds a lot like James Comey saying, "no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges" after HRC deleted her 30K emails on her personal computer.

You like to say: Nobodies above the law right? So why did they file charges against Trump but not Biden?  Trump was indicted for having classified documents, why wasn't Biden?
If they're not going to charge Biden then they should drop the charges against Trump today. You can't prosecute one and not the other right. They should be treated equally right. No one's above the law right?

How do I know? Because I'm reading the actual report that Robert Hur wrote and it lists all the documents Biden stole that were marked Top Secret/Secret/Confidential. There are over 30 marked T/S.  The list starts on page 345 of the report and it's 38 pages long.  It's on my blog.

* Not reading any link of yours, especially when this hit piece is supported by the rag outlet " Gatewaypundit." It's a Right wing junkie piece of crap that finds absolutely nothing in what 45 did wrong in 4 years, nothing. It does not criticize a single thing when it comes to 45.

* 2nd: l called it a " hit job" because Hur was supposed to say what he found & how he arrived at his decision to drop the charges, instead this hack of a special prosecutor opens his report by saying Biden " looks at himself as a historical figure. " Well Sh**, he us considering that in the 200 years of this country's history,  Joe became President. The same could be said of Trump- from Hotel owner to President.

* Despite his findings, he had no business talking about recollection of events, heck- if Jack Smith did not comment on 45's demeanor etc etc. Hur is not a psychiatrist ffs. Those finding will not switch votes from Joe to Donald. The people are not stupid in thinking that delaying tactics are what they want in a President.  If the F-r is innocent why not get through his charges & show Americans he has nothing to hide, instead when he gets denied from the Appeals over BS, he wants to run yo the Supreme Court.
