The MAGA Kool-Aid drinkers don't you to say the Justice Department is following the rule of law. Especially not when their cult leader calls his 90+ charges a "political witch hunt".

They department of justice(prosecution) was forced into upholding the law because a judge put a stop to sliding it through "after a plea deal on tax and gun charges between Hunter and federal prosecutors fell apart in July". It doesn't take 5 years to indict anyone on a gun charge when falsifying an application....
By the way..where are the other charges on tax evasion?  Anyone happen to see them in the article because they sure aren't on the copy of the indictment that is in the link?

* Mark Meadows tried his best to get his case moved to federal court but lied himself into a corner. Hunter�s case will come to fruition one way or another & the attempt to tie Joe to hunter�s business efforts have fallen flat.
