Jan 6 was a peaceful protest.
When federal buildings were burned down, when police stations were set on fire with cops inside, when cars were flipped over and set on fire, when entire sections of cities were walled off with no one allowed in except protesters, when stores and business were totally ransacked and completely destroyed. Comparing riots in general to overtaking the government is not a good comparison. Orange Clump asking Georgia to find 11,780 votes that do not exist, is not comprable. Hunting politicians down in the Capitol building to change the people's vote, is not comprable.
