* Last year, the entire year we had ONE President of these United States. That President, not Biden obviously " Made a Deal with the Taliban." That President bypassed the current govt that was in power at the time & dealt exclusively with the Taliban, telling them that " We, the United States & our allies" were throwing in the towel & leaving Afghanistan to the " Taliban."

* The President at that time " Set a date"- May of 2021 when we would be out of there. The present President of the United States told the Taliban that " we needed more time" to get our stuff together, along with the Allies & head out. That date was moved from the Clown's one of May 3021.

* As for Biden " leaving $85 Bil " worth of stuff, you really out to get away from the websites that spew nonsense. According to the Pentagon, you and others are Wrong. Plus, a lot of that equipment is non functioning, plus some of that stuff belonged to the Afghan govt to begin with, they had it it their possession, but when the Taliban showed up- they hightailed it- they had that stuff to " Defend themselves with Fool".

*The intelligence on the ground from the Pentagon & higher ups was that the Talivan would NOT battle for Kabul until December, which is why everyone was caught off guard when the President of Afghanistan fled, the soldiers probably thought, to hell with it, our govt cleared out.

The equipment is only good while it can be maintained and supplied for use. The bigger problem is the reverse engineering. The chicoms, russians, and others are very good at it, we gave up a lot of "patented tech"..for "analysis". joepedo is paying the chi coms.

They'll get China to make the parts they need. Might as well, they make everything else we use.

Yeah, well MOST isn't enough.
If somebody's beating you with a baseball bat, do you want them to stop beating you MOST of the time, or stop completely?

You don't leave ANY equipment for the enemy. Especially when they were taking over the country before we left. If you want to leave any, you make sure to give it to your allies before you leave. If not, you destroy ALL of it, or take it with you.
They should have stayed at the air base. It would have been more secure, easier to control, and easier to get people out. And, that way they could have blown every thing up before they left. Because you can't very well blow up a public airport in the middle of a city.

MOST clear thinking people would have known that.
