Rare. But it has been done before. Side note, there's only been two times when a new president kept his party in the midterm elections, so if the Republicans want to play hardball, thank you for what happened today because that's only going to few us Democrats to vote in November. I've never voted before in my life but I'm going to this time, just to prevent the Red Wave from throwing their excrement all over the place.

Which is it? Text to speech, or speech to text? Make up your mind! Thanks for the compliment, those are brilliant applications, but not so easy for functional illiterates to learn how to use. You need a little bit of intelligence, plus the ability to speak in coherent sentences, so no wonder you have problems with it.
