This is a joke. Man, the lady that Brett kept claiming to have validated that he wasn't at the said party actually called Ford and APOLOGIZED because she said DEFINITIVELY that it was her LAWYER who made that statement and not her. She then apologized to Ford what happened. FACT. Had Kavanaugh watched and LISTENED to Ford's testimony, which he didn't, he would've known that he was basing his own claims upon a LIE from another lawyer. Furthermore, Ford has her claims in a medical report from 2012 as having taken place but, she simply didn't include Kavanaugh's name at the time. FACT. Yeah, we can argue why she didn't include his name then as he was already appointed and you'd be legit in that regard. However, Ford was trying to prevent him from being picked as a SCOTUS nominee well before he was even in the mix when we look at the current time line.

This guy's temperament is deplorable when we consider how he treated Senator Klochubar! This lady confided in him about how her father has a drinking problem, and, is still currently in AA. What did Kavanaugh do? Hell, he mocked her asking what kind of beer she liked to drink. He also asserted that 'she' may have a drinking problem...and 'blacks out.' What kind of judge does that to people??? Then, he went on a rant about the democrats and how this was just a ploy, basically, since Trump was elected...and that the CLINTONS are involved???? Really, judge??? How in hell can you NOW BE IMPARTIAL WITH THAT ASSERTION???? You cannot, and this will be counted against you in addition to what else is learned in the extended FBI probe which will prove you to be both a drunk and VIOLATOR!

Maybe, just maybe THIS is why you made such an effort to appoint so many women as clerks under you among other things...you're trying to cover up your guilt. Hillary Clinton went through 11 hours of grueling grilling in the hot seat while remaining as cool as a cucumber all the way, bud. You, on the other hand, were CRYING AND SOBBING WITHIN TWENTY MINUTES of your own initial personal remarks before even being questioned! Your own wife knows you're not a choir boy...BY FAR. No one cares about your achieved academics which you solely focused on, okay. All you had to do is exactly what Durbin said and ask for the probe YOURSELF. Then, if you're still proven clean, look at how much LEVERAGE you and the Republicans have over the Democrats for delaying the process. But what he fails to realize is that 99.999% of the people are not running for the highest seat in the Judiciary System or rather Justice system. It's obvious no one commenting on the article actually read the article; there was nothing about sexual assault, it was all accusations of bias. Anyone with any sense knows they're dipping into deep pockets and adjust their adjust their reviews accordingly.

BIGOTINTEXAS, the kids that I taught are grown and successful. They are white, black, and other. They still treat me with respect and gratitude for having taught them as indicated by my numerous Facebook postings from them. I pay no attention to what jealous uneducated hillbillies say.
