Other websites are reporting that it was more along the lines of "Not right now, but thanks." and it's due more to the logistics and storage of the materials than out and out turning their help down. The only ones that are spinning it that it's some religious nutjob turning down help are the progtard/leftists scumb@g websites like Raw Story.

A Canadian power company is sending down some electrical workers to help restore the grid and it was mentioned that crews from Texas went to help out in a huge ice storm in 1998 and also after a severe high wind event in 2013 that caused over 300,000 power outages.

Adding on to the comment above, I don't understand why Truesee copies these bogus BS stories and puts them up.

I found "the other side of the story" from several U.S. sites, and the info. about Texans helping out the Canadians came from a Quebec newspaper's website. They didn't seem puzzled by the response from Pablo.

What really offended the leftists was the request for prayers.

I also don't understand why Truesee posts these fake news stories, but what's really annoying is slanting the headline. Clickbait.

We seldom visit this blog, however, we have been monitoring the headlines.

This member hasn't posted a reply in the forum since 2015-Dec-25.

Also, you'll notice there are very little replies for the blog owner on its own blog.

We've seen many of the headlines have migrated from different political positions over time.

Might be a subtle way of trying to change public perception.
