He does and says things that is inappropriate for a president by trying to identify too much with his base. Trump just says what they want to hear, but he is incapable of identifying with their plight. Trump has never been poor in his life so how would he know how it feels? He tweets and says things that hostile countries take literal. This is dangerous and shows a total lack of foreign policy experience and protocol. This is reckless and should not be treated like it OK to keep making mistake after mistake. He should be and act like the CIC at all times, not just when he feels like it.
