District Judge Won't Throw Out Arpaio Conviction Without Oral Arguments

Comments:
Before I get into the details of this article, let's go over what Dianne 'Feisty' Feinstein actually said in her interview, shall we?

http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/opinion/the-conversation/sd-feinstein-trump-good-president-20170830-htmlstory.html

-“The question is whether he can learn and change,” Feinstein said. “If so, I believe he can be a good president.”-

This precludes that a change is required to become that good president, and, it should come as no surprise that she said he could be could. Hell, I've said in the past that if he'd calm down on all his BS rhetoric and handle the business of the American People that he'd be much better off. We're always giving credit where it's due to our opposition but, it seems that the Dems can NEVER do anything right which should raise any sensible person's eyebrows.

Now, I've already touched on this Arpaio business and the FACTS that I posted were deemed 'a whopper' which makes me no never mind...and here's why.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2017/aug/29/joe-arpaio/arpaio-falsely-ties-conviction-obama-administratio/

1) In 2011, federal district Judge G. Murray Snow issued a preliminary injunction, telling Arpaio and his department to stop detaining people without a reasonable suspicion that a crime had been committed.

Snow has no ties to the Obama administration. He was nominated by President George W. Bush in 2007. Snow followed up with a permanent injunction in 2013.

2) "Any stop or detention based only on a reasonable suspicion that a person is in the country without authorization, without more facts, is not lawful," Snow wrote.

3)The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals backed up all the key elements of Snow’s ruling in 2015. During this time, Arpaio said in television interviews and statements to the press that he had no intention of changing his tactics.

4)A 2007 private lawsuit turned into a class action lawsuit that led a George W. Bush-era federal judge to issue an injunction against Arpaio and his department. Over several years, Arpaio publicly declared that he would not change his ways. The original judge referred Arpaio’s case for criminal prosecution and a Clinton-era judge found him guilty.

All this law and order in place and Trump walks right out and pardons him. But, he said he'd be 'a law and order president' during his campaigning, right? Sure, he did! Arpaio's loyalty to Trump did not lie with the immigrants issue, it was with the birther issue as Arpaio was still trying to find a 90 degree angle in the wind. Just doesn't exist but, his poorly educated loved the way it sounded and still do. Obama's documents are on record but, they could care less about facts. Then, on top of all this, Trump returned to the crime scene just like they all do and asked Sessions to drop case against Arpaio... just like he did Flynn. So, now they want the judge to throw out Arpaio's conviction so he can run for Flake's seat. Yeah, this is exactly what it all about. When you read the article to the end, they actually tell the truth as this is not at all about race. *It's about a race to the seat.

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt, no matter who you are, and this conviction STICKS even though it's a misdemeanor. A conviction of any kind doesn't look good at all when running for a seat. It is also why this judge wants to know why she should throw it out. This man intentionally disobeyed a direct order from not only Bolton but, went on to give Snow a phuck you finger...who was on his same team. Then came this:

In the end, though, what I originally said elsewhere about Arpaio checks out absolutely true. I have absolutely nothing to gain by coming here and lying about provable facts and those even't/people involved. Still, there are those that show up calling me quite the liar for reasons unbeknownst to me and many, many, many others that read my commentaries. Watch this space...

That is exactly what he is doing.
Making America great again for the American People.
3% GDP already and he has only started.
-3% GDP already and he has only started.-

Okay, you and I kinda play alright together, JAP, for the most part...so I'll play again. Now, JAP, you know full well how Trump lies and fudges EVERYTHING under the sun. He took credit for a jobs report which hadn't done anything with to even affect the low rate as he hadn't been in office long enough. He claimed 3-5 illegal voters yet has provided zero numbers/name proof. Now, he wants the GDP. Okay, he's the big chair so, technically, he can have it but then there's this:

Those who like numbers, please read carefully.

Excerpt:

-Take the Obama era for example. Between 2009 and 2016, GDP growth reached at or above 3% on a quarterly basis about eight times.-

Trump is certainly fudging between quarterly and annually but, once AGAIN, ALL THE NUMBERS don't matter to some. You and I will meet again on these numbers...soon.
Fudging is good politics. Obama had the unemployment data recalibrated to make for a lower unemployment rate. Just changed how they do it.
He done the same thing with Obamacare. Fed the CBO information to make Obamacare look good.
In other very relevant news, which seems to be lacking, more Trump voters in Pittsburgh, PA have finally gotten out of the way of that Trump train! Yep, it ran over 'em once and that was plenty. The percentage of of those previous Trump supporters with 'good sense' that have actually come to their 'good sense' is much higher at this time. It's about time.
