There has not been any slavery in over 100 years! Why do Blacks keep bringing up the subject? There has been millions of Black births, most of them from unwed mothers, since the end of slavery. Climb out of the self inflicted pity and live in the present. The Blacks should be using Dr.Carson as a shining example of what can be accomplished.

When slavery ended (bondage) remnants of it remained in the form of sharecropping, segregation, black codes, discrimination, profiling, stereotyping, just to name a few that is alive and well. You and a few others are a prime example. You can't erase the sordid past in one hundred years bigot when it went on for over three hundred fifty years azzhole. Most Blacks in America are descendants of Slaves and we know the truth about slavery. So STFU when you don't know what you are talking about FOOL. Their is not a Black living today that knows anything about slavery, and that includes you. My father was a sharecropper for over 60 years.
