So who's rioting over this?

Oh, wait.....
Seems as far as his background goes, he's in the same category as Trayvon Martin...and had a CRIMINAL BACKGROUND. Just listen to the video around the 1:56 mark...the lady says it very clearly. This is what everyone here wanted to parade around with, remember? They say maybe he was trying to pull his pants up which means he was prolly saggin'...just like Trayvon Martin was and depicted a thug. The report seems to have matched him with a 911 call-in. If he was told to stop and get down, but began reaching to pull his pants up, the cop doesn't know that. Or, does he?

No, he's not getting a pass 'cause I wanna know exactly what went down for him to fire. In this Ferguson deal, it seems the cop may have been trying to pull Michael in through the window and Michael pulled away...suggesting a possible struggle to get away from the cop. If he did, and was either walking or running when the first couple of shots rang out, he's cooked because you cannot shoot a man from behind like that. If Michael stopped after being hit from behind, turned around with his hands up and the cop continued firing as the boy was falling forward due to the pain of already being hit, he's cooked. The boy poses no threat at this point and was still yet shot through the eye socket then SQUARELY in the top of the head.

Let's compare: hands up vs. reaching to pull pants up. Hey, I'm not implying that the kid deserved it or anything remotely close to that. But, you've gotta think about all the possibilities with what you have to work with. If the dude was facing away from the black officer with his BACK TO HIM, and couldn't SEE the officer and was reaching for his pants, the officer is cooked 'cause the dude's back is to him and the dude cannot shoot what he cannot SEE. Who are you gonna shoot? The guy with his hands up or the one possibly reaching to pull his saggin' pants up?

Is there a rash of black officers fatally shooting white men regularly? Let's talk...and I'll take 'HEADS."
Tit for Tat, even when the comparison of the two deaths have nothing in common. But fat acid head Russ to the rescue to put his asinine spin on it to cheer up his flock. As a comparison Rush Bo uses the incident that occurred in Salt Lake to say police shootings are treated differently when a Black police kill a White. If this is not race baiting, I don’t know what it is. Let’s compare the two incidents.

According to Ferguson police, Brown was a suspect in a robbery committed minutes before the shooting, although the initial contact between Wilson and Brown was unrelated to the robbery. Brown had no CRIMINAL RECORD. He was scheduled to go to college.

Dillon Taylor is the name of the twenty year old that was shoot and killed by a Black police officer. At the time of his shooting, court documents show Taylor had a $25,000 bench warrant for a probation violation in connection with felony robbery and obstructing justice convictions.

But Marissa Martinez, whose sister used to date Taylor, told the Salt Lake Tribune that Taylor had turned over a new leaf. “He was trying to do better for himself. And this is what happens to him?” Martinez said. “It was really heartbreaking.”
The Taylor case was examined Wednesday by talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh, who said, “Note the similarities to the Michael Brown story [in Missouri], except in this case there’s no evidence the victim actually committed a crime.”
Regarding the race of the officer, Utah’s Deseret News reported the police chief “saying the officer is not white.” The Salt Lake Tribune noted, “The officer involved was not white.” Use your brain for something else besides drugs RUSH BO.

Only a ghoul like RUSH BO would compare the deaths of two young men this way.

If you have a criminal history of other robbery convictions, or even other unrelated criminal convictions, or if you are currently on probation or parole, you may be charged with a higher degree of Felony Robbery.

Obstruction of Justice A criminal offense that involves interference, through words or actions, with the proper operations of a court or officers of the court.

@ Coin Toss, the police chief there said the only reason there was no riot is because their policemen were dressed like policemen and not like storm trooper.
