Forcing a four star general to resign because of a problem that was already there is not logical. Even the veterans don't agree with that decision. The problem will still be there. I'd rather have another veteran in charge than a civilian paper pusher any day.

Gen. Stanley McChrystal was only one among many generals who have been relieved under Obamas command.
Obama forces resignations of those of his choosing.
Obama should hang his head in disgrace. Generals have many years of experience where Obama has NONE.

Ridge the vast majority of veterans are proud of the general. You would be also if you wasn't so concerned about his nationality. He is an American, plain and simple. So stop the hate!
