Anything with a little more knowledge is certainly better than having nothing, which is what we have now. Obama knows NO foreign policy, only what his cronies tell him. Hell, he doesn't even know how to greet foreign dignitaries, and yes, your buddy is right , it's very disconcerting to have someone like that in the White House being able to make executive orders.
