Chris Matthews: Dems Must Support War to 'Save President's Hide'

Comments:
Hell of a way for congressional representatives to represent the best interest of the country. They would rather represent backing the president.
Presidents can be replaced. Throwing the country under the bus to save a president.
I see Drudge headline today that Obama is backing off on the claim that he was the originator of the red line. Dumping it on congress from some piece of legislation.
Support your country. Period.
Typical Democratic move on his part thinking that they'll wipe his azz clean. Oshama is really getting pathetic along with all the members of Congress..
The real reason they're supporting Oshama, is because they don't have the balls to go against him..
Cowards, every last one of them...
All politics aside, anytime a standing President, be it Republican or Democrat, plan to attack another country, the US must present a united front if the US is to be taken serious by the country in question.
I don't think we should be the police of the world ,however this fool tyrant has gas his people and we must show a United Front as Americans. This is tough a one, if we do nothing this fool will think the Phase"never again will we stand by and see atrocity and do nothing is just a phase,on the other hand he will almost for sure strike our allians. United We Stand.
Problem is though.....................this administration has done everything it could to divide this country and other countries clearly see it. We have a divider in chief and this apple cart has dropped all its apples, and the wheels have fallen off the cart, cie la vie. You reap what you sow and the wounds this admin have cut and reopened won't heal for a long time..................a long time. We should not get into to this one, because we don't know what happened, for Gods sake we don't know what happened in Benghazi yet, so what's the difference if we wait another year or two???
(1) These are some of the same cowards that backed Bush with Iraq and Afghanistan.

(2) What about the (R) congressman at the hearing that actually said that there is a global red line to be defended?

(3) Nobody said Bush could be replaced.

(4) Nobody said Bush was throwing the country under the bus.

(5) The red line was there LONG before he even though of running for office i.e. the same 'red line' that other presidents used.

(6) He dumped nothing on congress...they requested that he consult with congress and he did. What about Ted Cruz? He said that the president made the right decision in doing that. Now, go call Teddy and tug on his b*lls a bit for saying that.

(7) He who has to post multiple times to get all their thoughts out thinks the phuckin' slowest...every time.

(8) Dividing the country is suggesting that congress alienates the president in upholding the Peace Treaty. Granted, those people have been killing each other for a minute now, but there was no violation of the chemical weapons ordinance. Anyone with even 1/4 of a brain knows that if we do not check these people, they'll go ballistic and we'll be next in line for a chemical/biological warfare attack. That ain't no selling point...and they know a lot more than they're letting out due to security restrictions.

Hell, even G.W. Bush said that the man has, "Done some mischief here." If it were him in charge, most everyone on this forum, including me, would be Gung Phukin' Ho and telling him to wipe Syria off the map. Hypocrisy at its' finest here as always. Got a whole lot more on this from my Rush and Sean audios coming up, too. Boy, did they open a can of worms for their nut tugger worshipers. Oh, wait...that's typical. Sorry.
Yeah a minute, closer to 800+ years.
A minute is figurative language..in context it means many years. You don't have to be approximate when used.
