Before the repubs start talking about impeachment, let’s take a walk through history. Only two presidents have been impeached, that is, formal charges brought them: Andrew Johnson and William J. Clinton. Both Presidents were acquitted at their Senate trials. Richard Nixon resigned before the House had an opportunity to file articles of impeachment against him, to avoid the inevitable. So as far as impeachment goes, history is on the side of President Obama.
