All those refinery issues aren't included in his talking points where not only do they have plenty of oil to refine that they can't and don't want to specifically so Big Oil Companies can let their speculators bid Oil Prices up to keep gas prices higher due to lower demand.
His talking points don't include the fact that Big Oil has excess refinery capacity they don't use on purpose for the express reason to keep Oil Prices and Gas prices higher.
The ignoramus low IQ hillbilly doesn't know or care why ALL the major Big Oil Companies are making billions in record products either.

Well what happened now crapper, did he get another wrinkle because Mr.Romney picked Paul Ryan for his VP.
