They can't repeal it with Democrats holding the Senate and Will Never repeal it after President Obama is re-elected easily in November and given the House too to go with the Senate.
With the little time they have left they should,for once,accomplish something beneficial for the bottom 99% of American citizens instead of JUST the Top 1%.

There they go again wasting the taxpayer money on legislation that has been in waiting,now rule on and because it wasn't to their liking.They are going to keep beating a dead mule.This is the same lying low life group that claimed they were going to be about the American People business creating jobs and putting people back to work,everything but ,instead they have been looking in women wombs,blocking women rights to healthcare,cutting benefits to the poor and middle class to give to their boss(big business), conducting "witch hunt" , betting against the American people in the way of hoping the economy will go south and 24/7 sitting on Faux News telling "THE BIGGEST LIES!!!!!!!!!!!! Well said wandering feet.

The American People are against Obamacare by a big majority, Louise. That's why they are going to vote on repealing it - not to see if they can do it, but to see who votes for repeal and who votes against repeal so we can vote out the bad ones along with Obama in November.
Then we can get people back to work and fix the economy when we throw Pee Wee out on his ass with the help of the Black Voters who are sickened by Obama's obsession with men having anal sex with each other and killing innocent babies.

Of course it is the so called penalty since Roberts said the gov could not penalize somebody for not buying something or not participating in the purchasing of insurance.

If we are now to belive the penalty is the tax... the Disscent pointed out correctly that any Tax would have to be written from the House of Representatives. The Constitution requires this. The penalty however was written from the Senate. So Mr. Roberts validated a senate Tax which is not allowed in the Constitution.
