If you do not join the union you cannot get the job in non-Right to Work states. That is the slavery. The "benefits" of working for the union - having to work to support the incompetent workers, the slackers, who the union defends, having to make less money to pay for union goons and union political donations you disagree with - are the opposite of benefits. The reality is that successful productive profitable non-union enterprises earn far better wages than inefficient failing union enterprises - ask the laid off GE workers versus the non-union auto workers. Unions raise neither wages nor benefits, but they do put into place myriad absurd work rules and protections for the incompetent and lazy.

I hope these a--hole democrat unions keep this sh*t up all the way to the election because I can't think of too much more that would motivate decent people to get out and vote the democrats out than bullsh*t like this.
People are getting sick and tired of these pampered babies whining for more and more and more.
Slavery now, guys? LOL, some business owner kidnapped you and is making you work for them? And they're not paying you what you want to be paid? And they're not giving you 8 weeks of paid vacation and paid holidays and paid sick days and paid personal days and a humongous pension?!!!!
