We don't need or want any more gub'mint intrusions on the First Amendment. The woman has a solid case for slander if she wants to pursue it and the matter should be resolved by the courts, not an alphabet agency. (The FCC doesn't have the authority to censor until we give it to them.)

This whole charade smells like a setup for another attack on the First Amendment. Create the probem---get the desired reaction---offer their "solution".
