Let's all hope the Rittenhouse case gets tossed.
This is dirty politics at it's best, this is not about whether he intended to use that gun, whether he should have been there or not, not about Trump or his supporters.
This is is about setting Legal Precedence , so in the future those who wish to disarm us will have a case to refer to.
The People VS Rittenhouse, what they want is the ability to say is, anyone carrying a weapon, even legally is intending on shooting someone, and they won't have self defense as a defense.
They know they can't take our guns, so they will take away our right to defend ourselves with lethal force., think about that.
If your walking down the street and you are attacked and use your gun to defend yourself and you kill someone, well they can just say you intended to kill someone because you had a gun with you.
Think about that, do you want to give up your right to defend yourself or your family?

Great point Sully. And you can tell that the Prosecutor is a sleazy, sniveling Democrat just by the way he looks and talks and carries himself and just his general demeanor, like a creepy doofus. They're all like that.
Yup, he's trying his best to para phrase this trial as a one sided legal precedence. The judge already dropped the Gun charges, so I'm hoping the Jury has enough common sense to follow through with an acquittal, by doing the right thing. This prosecutor didn't even know how to handle a weapon, let alone prosecute someone for using one in self defense!
