* It reminds me of a discussion l once had with a guy who lived in Africa for years. He said that one of the reasons there are � coups & instability � in some African States- is because of a tribal thing. If the leader of the country is from a � certain � tribe, the other tribal citizens will not always go along with what he says or does: That�s the GOP right now.
