Dear NFL

You rotten losers.

To show disrespect for the Flag and our National Anthem is down right dirty rotten.

You freaking cry baby millionaires, you could have used your star power in a positive useful way, did you? No.

Instead on the 15 year anniversary of 9/11, you took a great big giant dump on all those who died at the hands of Godless terrorists.

You took a giant dump on all the rescue people who ran into those towers that day and died.

You took a giant dump on all of those who served this country and all of those who died to preserve the freedom you enjoy , so you could do something so stupid.

You rotten <snip>s.

Well put sully.

The NFL did nothing about those players but didn't want other players wearing shoes that had 911 memorial messages.

This entire country's values have completely flipped-flopped, since Obama's election. That is what he meant about, "CHANGE". GOD, please save us.

The NFL has made a mockery of American values. I couldn't care less if they didn't exist as it would be exciting to watch these crybabies look for a real job.

I watch football for several reasons, but the main one is for an escape from news and politics. I don't tune in to hear Bob Costas tell me we need gun control or to listen to millionaire athletes tell me how I should think on their own pet issue. I really shouldn't question their motives, but no matter what they are, they cannot deny that the focus of what they're protesting has turned from it to upon them. There's a time and a place to make their voice heard, but during out national anthem ain't it.

They're no better than actors or entertainers - who make a hundred times more in a year than a slob like me could make in ten lifetimes - telling me how I should live my life or how I should vote. Most of us work in jobs where our bosses sign our checks, but the customers pay our salaries...and most of us realize that. It's time to let these prima donna athletes and actors know just who pays their salaries.
