Iran is the wild card and is why they can't have nukes or ICBMs.  This is also why the EU doesn't want to help the US in Iran. They are closer to Iran. If WWIII did start it won't be by Russia, China, or NK, but they may be blamed for it by others that have started stuff before. Trump knows this, (he saw all the classified info in his first term) this is why he talks with Russia, China, NK, he wants to keep the peace so WWIII doesn't happen.
