* l am no attorney BUT he was given the option of having either a jury trial or bench judgement. His incompetent attorneys forgot to mark the box- jury trial where he could plead his case.

* l think the judgment will stand since he � wanted a decision � from the bench. Well, you want it, you get it.

* As for who was harmed? Well the tax payers of NY who ran businesses based on ethics you confounded moron. When you ran a business you need to be honest, which Trump is not. He stiffs folks who work for him & judgement finally caught up with him. The guy has no one else but himself to blame, but of course he will claim it�s a witch-hunt, but NOT election interference, why? Cause this is a self inflicted disaster.

* Jap, l don�t think he can counter sue. He was originally found guilty of his actions & all he had to do since was attempt to plead down the limit of the fines.

Chief Justice Roberts took offense years ago when he said the High court is not political and that there are no "Republican & Democrat judges" while Trump was in office, although some would disagree with that claim of his in this current political season.

Listen NG, going back to the election night, when you're ahead by some 200,000 votes at 1 AM in the morning, and then at 5:30 in the morning you're losing by 100,000 votes, that enough to warrant suspicion.
