Whirlpool is the last American appliance manufacturer

If Donald Trump is not elected, I wonder how long it will be before Whirlpool moves to China or Mexico.

  • That's why we bought Whirlpool when we bought our washer and dryer a couple years ago.
I used to sell appliances many years ago, Whirlpool is still very good.

  • My vote is for Whirlpool but not for Trump.

  • I was in Metro Detroit in the 90s when the assembly lines were getting packed up and moved to China. People were being asked to train their replacements before they permanently lost their jobs here. That was under the Clinton administration.

Now, under Obama, companies are bringing in H1B foreigners to be trained here to take over American jobs here in America.

The DNC party is virulently anti middle class as is evidenced by how much the Clinton and Obama administrations have greatly damaged and diminished the American Middle Class.

  • If you want to blame big business for leaving america blame the EPA. They make it cost prohibitive to own, operate, build, and generally operate a big business with the regulations the have imposed.

  • The EPA is one of the departments that Trump has promised to reform.

  • He'll have to if he want's to get the big business to own and operate here. But it will mean more waste water will be spilled more chemicals will have to be disposed of kiss green building good by maybe, and a host of other things to numerous to mention.

  • Nah, it doesn't mean that. The EPA is not preventing those things, and in the case of the Colorado mine it actually created the problem. Liberals would have you believe the EPA protects against those things, but it is actually just layers of bureaucracy that invents new regulations in order to justify its existence. Kind of like how anti-virus software flags harmless stuff on your computer as "evil" in order to get you to pay for upgrades every year, but in fact the involvement of the software actually makes certain things more difficult on your computer without helping.
