The perfect lunch
This freezing cold weather is driving everybody crazy.
Today is the great day to enjoy some tomato soup , grilled cheese and some pickles.
Maybe later some hot cocoa.
Curl up in a blanket , read a book or watch a good movie.
We will get through this and Spring will be here before you know it.

Homemade chicken rice soup with peas and carrots in it. I make it with sticky rice (called sweet rice) which falls apart during cooking and thickens the soup.
