  How to Use the Magic Wheel - Power Ranking Chart
         
         The Magic Wheel are the numbers Horizontally, whereas the Power Rank of
  those numbers are in the vertical position. The number that has the highest rank
  would be the number 4-7-3 take the Magic Wheel position of (6) and multiply by
  the Power Rank position of (9) will equal a total of 54 units or points. Note:The
  double numbers can have a Power Rank of (1) (10) or (11) depending which day the
  astrological number falls. On the target play due date you should use (11) the day
  before (10) and the day after (1). Therefore, on the target play due date for a double
  number could be the Magic Wheel position number multiply by (11), the day before
  multiply by (10) and so forth.
