That is pathetic, it isnt the CA I know, well knew. Los Angeles always had Skid Row but it wasnt this bad. How very sad. If Gavin Newsom gets in, watch out, he will follow in Browns shoes. Come on conservatives, change CA for the better.
I read an article about the "pooper scoopers" in San Francisco; they had to hire people just for that one job and since no one would work for the same wages they normally start city workers out at (b/c of the disgusting work they were having to do), they were having to pay six figures! They could house, feed and clothe several people for that amt. of money paid to a single employee, but I guess the city politicians don't have a lick of sense.
