Larkerben you are forgetting your history. When NAFTA and the Chinese trade deals were being debated during the Clinton administration it was noted that if he signed them it would "cause a giant sucking sound of all the American manufacturing jobs going overseas" and it would start "an international race to the bottom". Guess what? There are very few good paying manufacturing jobs in the U.S. and all the fast food workers want $15 per hour to flip hamburgers! If Bill Clinton hadn't sent all the good paying jobs overseas we would not be in this mess.
The economy won't be ruined unless and until the Fat Lady sings!
How we soon forget the debacle of "W" the banks were crashing and many people's 401k went down the tubes. Another Reganomics history lesson. My investments were doing great when Clinton was in office. And took a dive during the "w" terms. We may never recover from the expense of the iraq wars which we are still reeling from. Obama did a great job bringing us back from the depths of another republican president. I rest my case. Take notes fellas.

Yes spending 5 to 6 trillion according to the Washington post on the war in Iraq makes the Republicans conservative. The opposite I think that's very liberal spending. Those new York steaks for those generals and all the fraud and waste don't come cheap. Send the Mexicans back and all the irish,polish,german,british,etc everyone that came here illegally. Once again you are forgetting your history. It is a verified fact that Clinton could have taken out Bin Laden when Clinton was president and had Clinton done that there would have been no 9/11 and there would have been no war in Iraq.

The people we need to work and pay into SS AND MEDICARE, are all on welfare, SS DISABILITY, AND MEDICADE.
