jarasan, you may be right but, I believe a lot of it has to do with believing that the majority of the people wants the government to tell them how to live. It started with the Civil Rights act, when the government started handing out money for welfare. From that moment on, they discovered the more babies they had, the more money they received. It went from generation to generation and it gets bigger and bigger every generation. I bet there are as many as 6 generations of the same family on welfare and has been for 50 years. That is almost genetic.
